Region: Organic grapes from Domaine Mesliand in Limeray, Touraine  

Grape: 100% Gamay
 
Alcohol: 12%

Vinification:   Harvested by hand in Touraine, vinified in Noizay.
Whole bunch grapes macerated for 12 days. The wine is vinified as light style red, to keep the fruity character, no heavy extractions. Vinified and aged in tank. No filtration before bottling.

Notes: Full raspberry flavour with and a hint of spicyness in finish.
