RETURN POLICY

​Sonshine Vins is committed to customer satisfaction. In accordance with the regulations in force, the Customer has a period of seven days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs and, where applicable, return costs.

If in the event your purchase is damaged, faulty, or breaches a consumer guarantee we will exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ of the original faulty bottle.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging as well as the content of the package(s) upon delivery. In case of damage or lack of conformity, the Customer is imperatively obliged to express reservations on the delivery slip, specifying the anomalies noted, and to notify sonshine.wine within 48 hours of receipt products, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If a breakage is noted, the Customer must refuse the damaged package, indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier and inform sonshine.wine under the above conditions.

This policy is effective as of 29 April 2020.
