Region: Vines in  Itterswiller, Alsace.  Domaine Luc Faller, Biodynamic since 15 years.
 
Grapes:  50%  Riesling | 25%  Pinot Blanc | 25%  Pinot Gris
 
Alcohol: 12,5%
 
Vinification: Harvested by hand in Alsace, vinified in Noizay.
This wine is a petillant naturel. Bottled during the alcoholic fermentation with 16 grams of sugar. The fermentation continues in the bottle and finished dry after a couple of months.

Notes: This wine has a vibrant inviting nose, delicate fruit and underlying acidity.
