Vinification method: The grapes are handpicked. Pressed directly and  vinified in Noizay. Aged in tank.
This wine is unfiltered. 
 
Notes: Fine character with lots of minerality and citrus fruit. The fresh acidity and light roundness in finish makes this wine vibrant to drink .
 
The wine is named after the Banksia, an Australian native flower.
